Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, with all accessories, labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not remove the protective film unless you have confirmed that the product is compatible with your vehicle. Products with the protective film removed may not be eligible for return if no defect, damage, incorrect delivery, or proven incompatibility caused by ONEWAY Automotive GmbH can be demonstrated.

Please include your full name, email address, order number or product invoice, the product you wish to return, and the date you received the goods.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

If your return is accepted due to a production defect, damage during shipping, incorrect delivery, or a proven incompatibility caused by ONEWAY Automotive GmbH, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

If the product is returned under the right of withdrawal and no defect, damage, incorrect delivery, or proven incompatibility caused by ONEWAY Automotive GmbH can be demonstrated, the direct cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incompatible, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us with clear photos and relevant evidence before returning the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been used, installed, modified, painted, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging and accessories.

Products with removed protective film may not be eligible for return if no defect, damage, incorrect delivery, or proven incompatibility caused by ONEWAY Automotive GmbH can be demonstrated.

We also cannot accept returns for custom-made, special-order, or personalized products unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or demonstrably incompatible due to an error on our side.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is shipped to a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the electronic return/cancellation request function where available, or contact us with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your order.

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
