Please note that this page is provided to make it easier for customers to exercise their right of withdrawal. A dedicated electronic withdrawal button and confirmation flow may also be made available in accordance with EU requirements.

Return shipping costs

If the product is returned under the right of withdrawal and no defect, damage, incorrect delivery or proven incompatibility caused by ONEWAY Automotive GmbH can be demonstrated, the direct cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered or demonstrably incompatible due to an error on our side, please contact us with clear photos and relevant evidence before returning the item.
